President-elect Donald Trump stressed the need for unity in America during his speech at the first event of his Thank You Tour. “To succeed, we must enlist the effort of all Americans,” he stated, adding that Washington, D.C. puts people into boxes. “They separate us by race, by age, by income, by geography, by place of birth. We spend too much time focusing on what divides us,” but now must focus on what unites people. “It’s America,” Trump referenced his deal with Carrier to keep roughly 1,000 jobs in Indiana rather than being outsourced to Mexico. “Thank you Carrier,” Trump said, adding he will do that all over the country. On immigration, Trump said, “People coming into our country have to be people who have the potential to love us, not to hate us.” Trump said. “We condemn bigotry and prejudice in all of its forms,” he added, denouncing hatred.

BY WTHR

Mike Pence has returned to Indianapolis to a big welcome home rally at Indianapolis International Airport. With his wife and daughter by his side, Pence spoke to cheering supporters at the airport after greeting Governor-elect Eric Holcomb. "We are deeply humbled and moved by this warm Hoosier homecoming. In my life, I've been blessed in so many ways - blessed to represent my hometown in our nation's capital, blessed to have had the opportunity to serve as governor of the greatest state in the greatest nation on Earth. But I am deeply humbled to stand among my neighbors and friends with my family at my side, to know that it will be my great honor to take that lifetime of experience to serve as the vice president of the United States of America," Pence said. Pence appeared to be fighting back tears as he spoke. Pence's motorcade left the emotional airport homecoming, headed back to the Governor's Residence, passing one woman who stood in the chilly dark to wave goodbye.

Donald Trump returned Monday night to the site of his early triumph in the Republican presidential primary, and to a state that he hopes to carry on Election Day to win the presidency. And he did it in grand style, arriving onstage at the Southern New Hampshire University Arena in front of a packed house of nearly 12,000 frenzied supporters, with his entire family onstage, and many more supporters outside. He joined his running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, who spoke earlier,. Ivanka Trump also spoke briefly before her father, marveling at the campaign he had built and telling the audience that the real work would begin tomorrow, on Election Day — and afterwards. Trump began his remarks by talking about drugs in New Hampshire, reiterating his promise to get rid of them. “You were the first ones who told me how bad the drug problem really is,” Trump said. “Tomorrow, the American working class will strike back,” Trump announced to raucous cheers. Trump also spoke about repealing Obamacare, ending the Syrian refugee program, ad rebuilding the military, mentioning the naval shipyard at Portsmouth. He also sent the arena into loud cheers by announcing the support of New England Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady, and head coach Bill Belichick.

Donald Trump rocked a basketball gymnasium at Lackawanna College on Monday evening, bringing the 4,500-capacity crowd to a deafening roar as he made a bid to win the Keystone State, and its 20 electoral votes, on Election Day on Tuesday. The noise was deafening at times, and the mood rowdy and electric. It was a peaceful and orderly rally. The local fire marshal confirmed to Breitbart News that the hall was completely full. The only scuffle came among journalists in the media pen, as there was a fight for camera space on the riser. As the conflict drew wider attention, the crowd began chanting: “CNN sucks!” The chant was also repeated later, during Trump’s speech, when he attacked the “dishonest media.” One man walked back and forth in front of the media pen the entire rally, holding a sign that read: “Her Lies Matter.” In the upper deck in the back of the hall, Trump supporters held up giant green letters that spelled “Drain the Swamp” across several rows of the arena. “Just like Cyrus was not an Israelite,” Johnson continued. “God used him to build the wall and restore Israel to its land. God is with this man.”

Mike Pence took the stage at Penn State Behrend for his final solo rally of the 2016 presidential election cycle on Monday, where he urged the crowd to “ensure, here and now, in Pennsylvania, that Hillary Clinton will never be elected president of the United States of America.” The crowd chanted, “lock her up!” a reference to the FBI investigation into the former secretary of state’s private email server and the Clinton Foundation. At one point, Mike Pence said, “we cannot have four more years apologizing to our enemies and a abandoning our friends.” Pence said. “From the man who wrote The Art of The Deal, trade is going to mean jobs. But trade is going to mean American jobs first,” Pence assured. “We are going to renegotiate NAFTA, we are going to get out of this trans-Pacific thing, and hold all our trade partners accountable for the commitments they make to all our partners all around the world. Before ending his final solo rally, he invited his wife Karen — Indiana’s First Lady — up on stage. His voice sounded filled with pride and emotion as he told the crowd, “we’ve done it together.” Their daughter Charlotte has also been traveling the campaign trail with them.

Donald Trump returned to North Carolina on Monday afternoon for the second of five rallies on his final, ambitious day of campaigning in 2016, addressing an audience of thousands at the J.S. Norton Arena. Trump echoed that sentiment in his remarks, telling the audience: “You have one magnificent chance to change a corrupt system and to deliver justice for every forgotten man, woman, and child in this nation.” There were indeed many women at the rally — and they made their presence known, with the campaign’s “Women for Trump” signs, “Women Small Business Owners for Trump” signs, or even homemade “Moms for Trump” signs. “Democrats for Trump”; “Teacher for Trump”; and “Suburban Moms for Trump.” There was a “Cubans for Trump” sign, a “Latinas for Trump” sign, and also a “Latinos for Trump” sign. And in the back of the bleachers behind the stage, there were several “Gays for Trump” signs. It's said that the turnout represented support for Trump — and a rejection of Washington. He added a message of unity: “We’re fighting to bring us all together. … Just imagine if we started working together, under one God, saluting one American flag.”

Mike Pence visited Traverse City for a speech one day before Tuesday’s election. Pence and his wife, Karen, waved from an immense campaign jet and jogged to the podium with the plane as a backdrop to address the crowd, continually eliciting cheers, boos and claps. He stressed the importance of Republican voters heading to the polls to vote for the Republican ticket and sounded confident they would do so. "We are leading in one national poll after another and we will win in Michigan,” Pence said. “Donald Trump’s vision to make America great again will win all the way to the White House.” Pence spent much of his speech criticizing Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, including the recent FBI investigation into her email activity and her foreign policy stances. He pledged to repeal every executive order signed by President Barack Obama, look to improve the economy while cutting taxes and replace Obamacare with a more affordable plan with additional options. Pence posed for photographs, shook hands, signed autographs and waved one last time to those gathered before boarding a plane to head to Pennsylvania and New Hampshire before he was expected to return to Michigan Monday night. “Men and women of Michigan, I have a plane to catch, but we'll be back,"

For the final time in this election cycle in the Sunshine State Donald Trump took the stage to Lee Greenwood’s “Proud to Be an American.” He faced a crowd at Robarts Arena in excess of 5,000 according to law enforcement on location to make his closing argument to Florida voters. Trump told the audience he would not be pleased with anything less than a victory on Tuesday and urged the audience to consider the possibilities of his presidency. “Do not let this opportunity slip away,” Trump said. “We are fighting for every citizen who believes that government should serve the people, not the donors and not the special interests. And we are fighting to bring us all together as Americans. Just imagine what our country could accomplish if we started working together as one people under one God saluting one American flag.” “I’m asking you to dream big,” he added. “Because with your vote we are just one day away from the change you’ve been waiting for your entire life.”

Mike Pence rallied supporters at the Duluth International Airport on Monday to turn out the vote for his boss on Election Day, and then implored party regulars who might have wavered to “come home” to the party’s ticket and Donald Trump. “With Minnesota’s help, we’re going to make Donald Trump the next president of the United States of America!” Pence said to a crowd of more than 300 people gathered in an old airplane hangar. Trump “never quits, never backs down. He’s a fighter. And he’s a winner.” Pence asked supporters to “pray with confidence” for the country and for a Trump victory, invoking the hand of God in the election outcome, saying “if his people pray, he’ll heal this land. One nation under God.” Pence said. “Donald Trump will lead on the world stage with strength,” Pence vowed Trump will support law enforcement officers as the nation reels from an unprecedented string of shootings of and by police. Trump, Pence said, “will restore law and order to every city and every community in this nation.”

Donald Trump addressed a packed (after-midnight) rally at the Loudon Fairgrounds early Monday morning, in a speech he dubbed the “Midnight Special.” The text was Trump’s stump speech and closing argument — repealing Obamacare, “draining the swamp” of corruption, and building the “wall” — but the context was a room full of thousands of people, and many hundreds more outside, standing in the 45-degree cold for hours to hear his address. The hall was completely full, with supporters jostling to be near the front — and a large overflow outside. Trump praised the strength of the audience — and even had a rare word of praise for the media, who had trailed him throughout the day. He joked that their cameras were “sagging” from the effort. “We’re going to make America strong again — like the people that are here at one o’ clock in the morning — strong people,” Trump also emphasized the importance of religious liberty in the election, among other constitutional rights. He concluded: “We are one day away from the change you’ve been waiting for your entire life,” he said, modifying the tagline from the “two days” he had used just hours earlier that evening in Pennsylvania.
